Microsoft unveils gorgeous Sky Cipher special edition Xbox controller

For those who grew up in the 90s/early 2000s, you’ll remember that transparent tech was all the rage. Now, the trend appears to be making a bit of a comeback, and even Microsoft is getting in on the action. Microsoft has now announced the new Sky Cipher Xbox Controller.Microsoft announces new Sky Cipher Xbox ControllerWhile Microsoft has released transparent controllers before (see the Xbox 20th Anniversary and Forza Horizon 5 special edition pads), this is arguably the best-looking one yet. The new controller features a gorgeous blue design with a transparent front casing that allows you to see the rumble pack when in action, Sky Blue metallic triggers, a matching Sky Blue metallic D-Pad, blue thumbsticks, and rubberized Sky Blue grips on the back. Outside of the new colorway, there isn’t much to say about the pad — it is just a standard Xbox Wireless Controller, after all.
