Words Across America is a new game on Android that’s a blend of music trivia and word puzzles. It’s created and published by POMDP who have dropped a similar title before called Plates Across America. The new game is free to play.
What Do You Do In Words Across America?
The game is like two games in one. You get a music trivia section where you guess song titles, and a word puzzle section where you figure out dictionary words. It’s like combining elements of classic games like SongPop and Words with Friends.
For the music trivia in Words Across America, you can even pick your favourite decade. So if you’re a 90s kid, you’re in luck. The game has this cool travel theme where you aim to visit all the states in the U.S. and check out famous spots. You earn awards and badges along the way.
There are over 27,000 different word puzzles with more than 10 million possible answers. Yes, 10 million, so I don’t think you’ll get bored easily. There are achievement badges for miles travelled, levels completed, detailed scoring explanations and puzzle hints. You can even earn swap tokens to skip those tricky puzzles and improve your score.
Words Across America also has leaderboards to see how you stack up against other players. You can customise your username and image, track all your stats and achievements and see daily, weekly and overall top scores on the leaderboards.
Will You Try It Out?
Words Across America offers a fresh take on the word puzzle and trivia game landscape. If you enjoyed games like 94% or Trivia Crack, you’ll like this game, too. The music trivia aspect is reminiscent of Guess the Song, but with the added depth of a travel adventure.
Go ahead and check out the new game on the Google Play Store. And before leaving, be sure to take a look at our other news. Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time And Space Drops Update 3.8.20 With Plenty Of Chronos Stones Up For Grabs!
