Once Human battle pass explained

How does the battle pass work in Once Human? The battle pass system in Once Human gives players the chance to earn exclusive in-game items in the form of cosmetics, materials, and more. The best part is that there’s a free battle pass, so you don’t even have to spend any money. That said, if you want nicer looking items, they’re going to be locked away in the essential pass.

When it comes to customizing your Once Human character, the cheapest way to acquire the most cosmetics is by purchasing the battle pass. This does mean you risk of running into rival players on the battlefield wearing the same outfit as you, a scenario we would hate to find ourselves in, personally. If you get in on the action early, after the first few Once Human server wipes, your season one battle pass items might be some of the rarest items in the survival game. There’s currently an issue with the Once Human battle pass that the devs didn’t manage to resolve for launch, stopping you from using the same battle pass across multiple characters. Here’s what you need to know about the Once Human battle pass, including what you can get in it and how much it’s going to set you back.

Once Human battle pass price

The Once Human season one battle pass is called Stardust’s Advent. It costs $9.99 / £7.72 for the essential track version and $23.99 / £18.72 for the premium track.

Both tracks provide you with the same items, but the premium track has two additional perks, including an automatic boost to level 15 and instant access to four items: Magic Neko Cradle, Home Decor: Crescent Moon, Exclusive Stardust’s Advent Avatar Frame, and Exclusive Character Namecard.

The Once Human Stardust’s Advent battle pass is set to end on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. When the season ends, every server will be wiped, resetting the progress each player has made. The items earned in the battle pass will stay in your inventory and can be used in the next season.

Once Human battle pass level up tasks

You can unlock items on the Once Human battle pass by earning level experience, this is converted into battle pass experience which features a separate leveling system. The battle pass menu features a list of tasks you can complete to earn experience points broken down into four sections: Adventures, Tasks, Combat, and Eternaland.

Adventures requires you to explore Strongholds, discover new areas, and participate in public crisis events. Tasks are related to any main and side quests you go on throughout your journey. Combat tracks the number of enemies you’ve killed, both in PvP and PvE. Finally, Eternaland focuses on the items and buildings you can craft that move into the zone after each server wipe.

Once Human battle pass items

Here are some of the items you can acquire on both the free and essential battle pass tracks: materials, clothes, emotes, stickers, weapon skins, furniture, and Silver Keys. The main difference between the two passes is that the free track contains more materials, whereas the essential track features rare items that typically feature animations. For example, the final item on the essential pass is the rare AWS.338 – Dragon Dance, a red sniper rifle with an animated gold dragon painted on the side.

Once Human battle pass shop

As mentioned earlier, the battle pass features Silver Keys, a special currency that can only be spent in the battle pass shop. It’s worth noting that there are more items in the store than there are Silver Keys, so you will have to pick your items carefully. There are 30 Silver Keys in the free track, whereas the essential track contains 190 Silver Keys. The battle pass shop features emotes for 30 keys, weapon charms for 30 keys, hairstyles for 45 keys, and a pixel fortune cat for 100 keys.
