Video Games Deluxe has dispelled rumours that it is developing a new title set in the 1940s known as Sowden House, following reports that the project was in the works over the weekend. The title was believed to have been outed by Freyja Garbett, a performer/composer/producer who stated they were working on a “HUGE” project “writing for a video game […] from the creators of LA Noire.”From the creators of LA Noire comes Sowden House, a psychological thriller also set in the 1940s in LA that will have you questioning your sanity. Noire was released in 2011 for PS3 and Xbox 360 from developer Team Bondi, who has since closed its doors. However, Brendan McNamara later founded the Sydney-based Video Game Deluxe, who worked on L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files. L.A. Noire was also remastered in 4K resolution for PS4 and Xbox One back in 2017.[Source – Eurogamer]
