Zenless Zone Zero Challenge Mode Guide
When you begin playing, you will be given the choice of two different game modes: Casual and Challenge. It can be a little confusing what the differences are, but I’ll be focusing on Challenge Mode as it offers the most!
You can change the game mode at any point in the game, so if you feel like switching up, you can do so! To do this, simply open the Options Menu, select ‘Other’, and switch between them.
Challenge Mode Combat
The biggest difference between the two game modes is the difficulty, with Challenge Mode proving to be a real… challenge. The enemies you face in Challenge Mode have a lot higher HP compared to the enemies in Casual Mode. This means you have to have the best team put together to win! However, I think playing Challenge Mode is a great way to get some practice in and a great way to improve your skills quickly.
Challenge Mode Rewards
You don’t need to worry about getting different rewards, as both Casual and Challenge Modes will give you the same rewards. You can win a variety of different things after battles, which can include Levelling Materials, Agent XP, Polychrome, and more! If you fancy even more rewards, take a look at our ZZZ Free 100 Pulls Guide.
Overall, if you’re up for a challenge and want a quick way to improve your skills, I recommend playing in Challenge Mode. However, if you want to take it easy, there’s nothing wrong with playing in Casual Mode! Games are meant to be enjoyable and played at your own pace. Besides, you can alternate between both game modes when you play, so try a bit of both and see which you prefer.
