Attack On Titan Revolution Attack Shards Guide
Attack Shards are a new item added within Update 1 of AOT: Revolution. This key item feeds into a player’s Attack Mastery Resonance Skill Tree, which is basically a booster for Titan Stats. If you’re in a family lineage capable of Titan Shifting, then getting your hands on the Attack Shards is a must!
Every lineage within this branch of the Tree requires 1 Shard to progress and unlock new Skills. The Skill tree evolves as follows:
- Titanic Insight – Resonance 1
- Enhanced Resolve – Resonance 2
- Grand Entrance – Resonance 3
- Skillful Mastery – Resonance 4
- Raging Inferno – Resonance 5
- Ultimate Ascendancy – Resonance 6
How To Get Attack Shards
Attack Shards drop from Raids. As of Update 1, there is only one Raid type which is the Attack Titan Raid. Your chances for the Attack Shard drop fluctuate depending on the difficulty of the raid you choose to play.
From the Raids, the Attack Shard appears in two places, the Raiders Chest and the Empereors Trove. Both of these are chest rewards at the end of Raids. To secure one, you must have dealt 5% DMG or more during the Raid. The Raider’s chest is free, so has a significantly lower chance to give the Attack Shard versus the Emperor’s Trove which requires an Emperor’s Key to open.
- Attack Titan Raid – D+ Grade (Hard)
- Emperors Trove drop rate: 0.1%
- Raider’s Chest drop rate: 0.05%
- Attack Titan Raid – B- Grade (Severe)
- Trove drop rate: 0.3%
- Raider’s Chest drop rate: 0.15%
- Attack Titan Raid – A- Grade (Aberrant)
- Trove drop rate: 1%
- Raider’s Chest drop rate: 0.5%
