While we’ll need to wait until 2025 before we can begin hunting for those Monster Hunter Wilds achievements on Xbox Series X|S, Capcom has offered us a look at the action-packed fun via a new Monster Hunter Wilds gameplay trailer. Monster Hunter Wilds gameplay trailerWhile the trailer is mostly set in a desert region, Monster Hunter Wilds features an ever-changing climate, forcing its monsters and humans to adapt to its conditions and allowing its wildlife to create its own conditions, the official website tells us. Environments will feature two “dynamically changing identities;” one that is harsh and forces creatures to savagely fight for resources, and another that is vibrant and brimming with life. We’ll also have a new mount for our adventure, the Seikret, “an animal mount whose exceptional agility will provide the hunter with crucial support out on hunts.” Of course, alongside our new feathery friend, Monster Hunter Wilds will be crammed full of new weapons, equipment, and monsters to discover.”Prepare to experience the most cinematic and immersive story in Monster Hunter series history,” the trailer’s description reads. “Find out what lies in store for you and your allies in this vast, seamless land teeming with monsters, when Monster Hunter Wilds launches on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC/Steam in 2025.”If you fancy diving into the Monster Hunter universe while we wait for Wilds, Monster Hunter Rise is currently available in Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.
