How to Get The Transfer Trunk in Pacific Drive
You don’t need to do anything special to get the Transfer Trunk in Pacific Drive. When you start the game and complete a few initial runs, you’ll automatically receive the item. It’s the reward for completing the tutorial segment of the game.
To get the Transfer Trunk, look for it in the Friendly Dumpster behind your Garage.
How to Use the Transfer Trunk in Pacific Drive

At first glance, the Transfer Trunk doesn’t seem all that useful. You don’t take it to your runs, and it doesn’t necessarily increase your storage. As the name suggests, it’s only suitable to transfer your resources and items that you picked up during your run.
In the early stages of the game, you don’t get that many resources after a run. So, the Transfer Trunk is not that useful at that stage. However, once you get to the later stages of the game, each run nets you plenty of resources that you can’t carry all at once. That’s when the Transfer Trunk comes in handy.
It allows you to transfer all the items and resources from your Car Trunk to your Storage Locker in one go. To do that:
- Take your Transfer Trunk over to your Car Trunk
- Open your Car Trunk Storage with the Transfer Trunk in your hands
- Now, the empty Transfer Trunk window should open up beside your Car Trunk’s Storage.
- Hold the Transfer Material button (T on Windows PC) to transfer all the contents of your Car’s Storage to the Transfer Trunk.
After that, you can simply carry the Transfer Trunk over to your Storage Locker and repeat the steps. This will successfully transfer all the items from your car to your base.
Transfer Trunk might not come in handy during the early part of the game, but as you start bringing in more items from your runs, the ability to transfer all your loot to your Storage Locker becomes pretty useful. Good luck!
