Armored Warfare — 11 unobtainable Xbox achievementsRelease date: August 2, 2018Developer: My.Games, Saber Interactive, Obsidian EntertainmentThe Armored Warfare achievements are an absolute mess. The free-to-play team-based MMO tank game launched back in 2018 with 11 unobtainable achievements, but that’s not quite the whole story. After a couple of sudden delistings and subsequent relistings, players soon found that the servers weren’t actually working, resulting in another 30 discontinued achievements. However, it appears that these servers are now back online, and it looks like the discontinued achievements may be unlockable once more. 9. Train Sim World 2020 (Windows) — 13 unobtainable Xbox achievementsRelease date: March 5, 2020Developer: Dovetail GamesThere are a whopping 13 unobtainable Train Sim World 2020 achievements in the Windows version of the simulation game. All of these unobtainables are found in various DLC packs that were released when the game launched into PC Game Pass. This version of Train Sim World 2020 has been delisted from the Xbox store, so it’s doubtful we’ll ever see a fix for these achievements. 8. Disney The Little Mermaid: Undersea Treasures (Windows) — 17 unobtainable Xbox achievementsRelease date: December 20, 2013Developer: HitPoint StudiosThe Disney The Little Mermaid: Undersea Treasures achievements are a strange bunch. The episodic hidden object game was released back in 2013 for Windows 8 desktops and mobile devices and was seemingly canceled by Xbox Game Studios before new content could be released. This leaves Undersea Treasures with an achievement list with just three out of 20 achievements that can be unlocked if you still have a way to play the game and nabbed it before it was delisted from the Xbox store. 7. Onsen Master — 18 unobtainable Xbox achievementsRelease date: September 1, 2022Developer: WalkingOniOver half of the Onsen Master achievements are broken and haven’t been unlocked by a single player. Onsen Master is a relatively new game compared to some of the other titles on this list, so there is still hope that one day, we could see a fix for its busted achievement list. As it stands, players can only unlock 15 out of 33 achievements in the management game. 6. ACL Pro Cornhole — 18 unobtainable Xbox achievementsRelease date: March 29, 2023Developer: FarSight StudiosACL Pro Cornhole is another game ruined with unobtainable achievements. Looking at the ACL Pro Cornhole achievements, the list is absolutely peppered with unobtainables — over half of the list is broken! We have our fingers crossed that FarSight can eventually roll out a fix for ACL Pro Cornhole and make the full 1,000G available for all who have purchased a copy.5. Stellaris (Windows) — 20 unobtainable Xbox achievementsRelease date: October 9, 2019Developer: Paradox Developmetn Studio, Paradox Arctic, Abrakam EntertainmentStellaris (Windows) is the first of two Paradox games on this list. There are an incredible 20 unobtainable Stellaris achievements in the Windows version of the real-time strategy game. All of these broken achievements are from DLC packs, and considering Paradox hasn’t given up on Stellaris (unlike its other game on this list), there is some hope that these could be fixed. In fact, a new update is available now that “fixes newest achievements not working on the MS Store.” We’re not sure exactly what this means, but we’ll adjust this list accordingly should we start seeing some unlocks on those unobtainable achievements. 4. Broken Universe – Tower Defense — 20 unobtainable Xbox achievementsRelease date: December 2, 2022Developer: Jinthree StudioCompletionists won’t want to touch the Broken Universe – Tower Defense achievements, as 20 of them are unobtainable. Jinthree Studio was informed of the broken achievements back in 2022, but according to the developer, they are only responsible for the Steam version of the game, and another studio is leading the charge on the console ports. Jinthree says they’ve notified this studio but are yet to receive a response. 3. Warp Drive — 25 unobtainable Xbox achievementsRelease date: December 1, 2022Developer: SupergonkOut of all 32 Warp Drive achievements, just seven have been confirmed as unlocking correctly. It appears that developer Supergonk tried to fix these achievements back in 2023, but still, to this day, 25 achievements remain unobtainable. 2. May’s Mysteries: The Secret of Dragonville — 26 unobtainable Xbox achievementsRelease date: September 23, 2021Developer: V5 Play StudioThe May’s Mysteries: The Secret of Dragonville achievements are an odd bunch. This puzzle game was released back in 2021, and although we picked up an achievement list for it at the time, the game doesn’t actually feature Xbox achievement support, despite the Microsoft Store saying otherwise. If you do spot this one in an Xbox sale, just be aware that you won’t be able to unlock a single achievement. 1. Hearts of Iron IV (Windows) — 60 unobtainable Xbox achievementsRelease date: November 13, 2019Developer: Paradox Development StudioFinally, we come to the game with the most unobtainable Xbox achievements, Paradox Interactive’s Windows version of Hearts of Iron IV. There are an astonishing 60 unobtainable Hearts of Iron IV achievements littered throughout its list, all of them coming from busted DLC packs. While development is coming to an end on the game, and it will soon be delisted from the Xbox store, Paradox says it is looking into the achievement issue. Whether or not the 60 broken achievements will be fixed remains to be seen.
