Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket Announced, Brings the TCG to Mobile in 2024

Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket is a new mobile game that brings the popular Pokémon Trading Card Game into the digital world via iOS and Android.During today’s Pokémon Presents showcase, we saw players swipe to open virtual packs of Pokémon trading cards, which could then be interacted with in various ways. Players can open two packs per day at no cost. Immersive cards give players the experience of leaping into the card itself.Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket is set to launch at some point in 2024. It’s a collaboration between The Pokemon Company, DeNA, and Creatures Inc., the latter of which has a long history of working on the Pokémon series and is developer of the ongoing Pokémon Trading Card Game.Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket ImagesHere’s the official blurb:The beloved Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) franchise continues to evolve with the debut of Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket, a new app that reimagines the experience of collecting Pokémon TCG cards in an innovative digital format.In Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket, players will be able to enjoy the thrill of opening booster packs and collecting cards showcasing special visual effects unique to this digital adaptation of the Pokémon TCG.
