There are some clear trends to the mending machine locations, which makes them easy to find in a hurry. They’re located at the gas stations and train stations. The spots for Fortnite TMNT vending machines are all pretty focused on the named POIs, and roughly from a circle around the outskirts of the map. If you’re landing centrally, you probably won’t run into one of these early. Each only stocks one weapon too, so you might not be able to get an item if you arrive later.
What Do the Machines Sell?
The new Ninja Turtle Vending Machine is a bit different. Rather than selling meds, they sell one of four Ninja Turtle Mythics. When you use one, you’ll get two choices just like with the old weapon machines. It’ll be one random Ninja Turtle Mythic, and a Pizza Party. The Mythic will vary depending on the machine. Each game the machines get a random weapon. They only sell one.
The other item is the returning Pizza Party. If you want to spend the gold, you’re basically getting the same content as the Turtle supply drops. The Pizza Party is worth picking up too. Since it got buffed and heals like Slurps got removed, nothing beats its speed for healing shield.
What Are Mending Machines and Ninja Turtle Vending Machine Fortnite?
Mending Machines aren’t a new feature in Fortnite Chapter 5. However, they have become quite a bit more useful. At their core, the mending machine Fortnite has are pretty self-explanatory. They’re vending machines which sell some specific items, in the basic form meds. They’ll be selling big shield pots and med kits, with a limited supply of both. They also offer a quick heal option which can directly heal you up for gold.
The Fortnite vending machine locations have gotten more useful in Chapter 5 since the changes to meds. Since big pots and med kits can now be taken partially while moving, they’re just as useful as quicker med. This means it’s viable to carry three big pots and just use them up in smaller increments if you get interrupted. Mending Machines Fortnite has are a perfect way to get these meds in high quantities.
