Apex Legends: Escape is live now, adding a new Legend and the biggest map Apex Legends has had yet, along with a new weapon. Ash joins the roster of Legends today — her abilities were outlined when we got the Escape gameplay trailer, and she has Arc Snare, Marked for Death, and Phase Breach. Arc Snare is Ash’s tactical ability and “damages and tethers” an enemy. Marked for Death is her passive ability, letting you see surviving attackers. Ash’s ultimate ability, Phase Breach, opens a one-way portal. Also arriving with Escape is the new Storm Point map, which is 15% bigger than World’s Edge. It’s filled with dangerous wildlife, too, including Prowlers, Flyers, and spiders. You can earn crafting materials for clearing out a nest, and attachments and ammo for taking out individual Prowlers and spiders.Apex Legends: Escape is live now, and also brings with it the new weapon, the C.A.R.
