Death Stranding Has Pulled In 16 Million Players Worldwide 4 Years After Launch

Hideo Kojima has revealed on Twitter that Death Stranding has drummed up 16 million players worldwide just over four years since its release.Death Stranding was originally released for the PS4 in November 2019, and is the first game from Kojima Productions since the studio went independent from Konami back in 2015. The game was later ported to the PC with additional content in July 2020, and received a PS5 Director’s Cut release in September 2021. Norman Reedus of The Walking Dead fame stars as the main character, Sam Porter Bridges, and also features Troy Baker and Mads Mikkelsen in supporting roles.Related Content – Sony PS5 Complete Guide – Everything Explained About PlayStation 5 For New Owners In 2023Kojima Productions is currently working on Death Stranding 2 for the PS5, although a release date has yet to be announced.
