The third installment in Activision’s Call of Duty Modern Warfare franchise is about to release on November 10, and the developers have revealed the minimum and recommended PC spec requirements for the game. The game is also slated to support Nvidia’s new DLSS 3, via RTX 40 series Video Cards. MW3 also offers support for ultra low-latency gameplay through NVIDIA Reflex. Earlier planned as an expansion to Modern Warfare 2, CoD MW3 is a full-fledged direct sequel to the previous entry in the franchise. The campaign for the game would be nearly 5-6 hours long, and players who’ve preordered the game can get an early-access hands-on on it as of November 2.

CoD MW3 requires you to have a minimum free disc space of 149 GB. However, if you already have CoD Warzone and CoD HQ (formerly MW2) installed, then the game will occupy 78 GB. All players will require an SSD on their PC to be able to run the game.

However, if you wish to run the game on competitive framerates and also on Ultra graphics settings to run the game at greater frames in 4K resolution, you’ll need a gaming rig with the following specifications:

All players will require a broadband internet connection along with DirectX compatible sound card to play the game.The developers also state that you update your drivers to the latest version. NVIDIA users need to have the recommended 537.58 version installed, while PC users with the AMD card need to update to driver version 23.10.2.

With over 500 customization options allowing the user to customize their graphics, sensitivity and more, the latest CoD title also offers support for ultrawide monitors. Although this is the first Call of Duty game release since Microsoft’s Blizzard buyout, we don’t expect to find it on Game Pass until 2024.

However, players who’ve preordered the game can enjoy the campaign through early access starting from November 3. However, multiplayer will not be available until the game launches for all players a week later. Players can preload the entire game which includes Multiplayer and open-world Zombies on November 8 at 12PM ET.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is scheduled to release on all platforms on Friday, November 10.
