In the latest blog post regarding Fortnite’s v18.20 update, Epic Games has credited Among Us developer Innersloth for the inspiration behind the battle royale game’s Imposters mode.There was no doubt that Fortnite’s latest game mode, Imposters, was inspired by the popular Innersloth title, Among Us. So much so in fact, that a handful of Innersloth employees took to Twitter to air their frustrations. Now Epic Games has credited the Among Us developer in its most-recent Fortnite blog post (thanks, GI.biz), detailing the game’s latest update, saying: “v18.20 brings improvements to Impostors, the game mode inspired by Among Us from Innersloth!”Among Us was originally planned to launch on Xbox consoles and Xbox Game Pass in September, but due to the team wanting to make sure console players had the best experience, the game has been pushed back to later this year.
