We love it when a game makes a surprise return to Game Pass. Spiritfarer: Farewell Edition is now available to play with Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, and Xbox Cloud Gaming. Xbox Game Pass adds Spiritfarer: Farewell EditionMicrosoft recently revealed the full list of games available with Xbox Game Pass Core at launch, one of which is Spiritfarer: Farewell Edition, which sadly left Game Pass in August 2022. While Xbox Game Pass Core doesn’t launch until tomorrow, Spiritfarer has actually just been readded back to the service, so if you didn’t quite finish unlocking the Spiritfarer: Farewell Edition achievements, you can now pick up where you left off and grab that completion. Spiritfarer is described as a “cozy management game about dying.” You play as Stella, who cares for spirits before releasing them into the afterlife. You will farm, mine, fish, harvest, cook, and craft your way across the sea while bonding and making forever friendships with your spirit passengers. The Farewell Edition of the game includes the base game and three content updates, which expand the world with four spirit friends. So far, Microsoft has confirmed that there are five games coming to Game Pass in September, including Lies of P and Party Animals.
