The ones who will buy stolen goods are from the Free Collective. Head to the Sol System and then head to Mars. You will want to land at Cydonia, which is a underground city. The only annoying thing is that the vendor might run out of credits. Burn a couple of in game days and they will refresh or buy some more items from him.
