Slender: The Arrival Comes To PS5 In October With Unreal Engine 5-Powered 10th Anniversary Update

Blue Isle Studios has announced that Slender: The Arrival is getting an Unreal Engine 5-powered overhaul for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S via the 10th Anniversary Update on October 18, 2023.The 10th Anniversary Update allows for a complete overhaul of Slender: The Arrival’s visuals, with Blue Isle Studios claiming that “every shadow, every material, and ever hair-rising encounter with the mysterious Slender Man” has been rendered in “stunning detail only possible with Unreal Engine 5.”In addition, the update will also feature a brand new chapter that follows Charlie Matheson’s father experiences his worst nightmare.Related Content – Sony PS5 Complete Guide – Everything Explained About PlayStation 5 For New Owners In 2023 Alex Tintor, the co-founder and lead designer for Blue Isle Studios, commented:It’s been 10 years since the original launch and we’ve been waiting for the perfect opportunity to improve and add to the game. There are many more Slender Man stories to tell, and we cannot wait to deliver on these experiences.In addition to the above, it will also feature language options for English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian, and Portuguese, with all preorders offering a free copy of Valley. PS5 players can preorder from September 19, 2023.Slender: The Arrival was originally released for the PC in March 2013, before arriving for PS3 and Xbox 360 in September the following year and PS4, Xbox One, and Wii U in 2015. A Nintendo Switch version launched in June 2019.
