Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.0 Revamped Police Feature Detailed, And The Cops Will Show No Mercy To Lawbreakers

CD Projekt RED has detailed one of the major new features coming with Cyberpunk 2077 update 2.0, namely its revamped law enforcement system.Taking to the official Cyberpunk 2077 website, the studio explained that there was a clear goal revamping the police system: punishing criminal activity, so runners are chased and cyberspsychos are flatlined. As such, Cyberpunk 2077’s UI will clearly indicate how much Heat you have on you for performing unlawful acts, with the maximum being five stars. If you do happen to reach this level of Heat, the game will dispatch a surprise Max Tac mini-boss and various archetypes on the scene, while those who try and flee will be chased or stopped by roadblocks. NPCs will leave the scene in a way that is natural and intuitive. You can lose them by running away from the crime scene on foot or driving away.
