Those of us who started playing when the game launched into Early Access last September have been hunting those Disney Dreamlight Valley achievements for almost a year, but the reveal of a new physical Cozy Edition suggests the full release of the game is approaching.Gameloft announces Cozy Edition of Disney Dreamlight ValleyThe Cozy Edition will come as a physical disc for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, and PS4, and as a digital download code inside a physical box for Nintendo Switch. Along with the game itself, the Cozy Edition includes physical bonuses such as a sticker sheet and a collectible poster, as well as in-game content including 14,500 Moonstones, the “cottage” house style, a Cheshire Cat sweater for your character, and special skins for your raccoon companion. The Cozy Edition is available to preorder and shows up with a price of $49.99/£44.99 on Amazon. There doesn’t appear to be an official release date — the Cozy Edition on Amazon gives a date of October 20, but this could be a placeholder. Since Gameloft says the Cozy Edition is the version of the game “available at retail,” we can perhaps hope that this means the full game will launch soon too. In the meantime, Disney Dreamlight Valley is available in Early Access in Xbox Game Pass.
