PC players have already been unlocking the Call of the Wild: The Angler achievements as a Windows version of Expansive Worlds’ open-world fishing game launched last year, but now, console players will finally be able to get in on the action when Call of the Wild: The Angler launches on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and joins Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass today. Call of the Wild: The Angler joins Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass todayAccording to Expansive Worlds, you will “experience the freedom of fishing in a vast open world inspired by real-life locations” while traveling through “varied and atmospheric environments by boat, off-road vehicle, or on foot to discover hidden ponds, tranquil lakes, and local points of interest.”Expansive World says that on Xbox Series X, Call of the Wild: The Angler features both quality and performance modes, with performance mode targeting 60fps. If you’re playing on Xbox Series S or Xbox One, the game will target 30fps.
