What Does The Mystery Key Unlock In Far Cry 6
Isla Santuario is the island you visit at the very beginning of the game, in the South West corner of the map. I looked up Guau-Guau and it appeared to possibly be a loose translations of Woo-Woof, so I spent ages looking around the Northern part of the island as it looks strangely like a dog barking when you fully zoom out. However, that was a complete waste of time because Guau-Guau was simply referring to the name of an island. Well, that was 2 hours of my life I’ll never get back. It’s hard to see this is even on a beach as the clue says, it’s clearly an island. Anyway, to the solution.
You will find the chest that the Mysterious Key opens on this island, the island of Guau-Guau. There’s a lady standing near an ornate chest, one of its kind. Simply approach it and you can use the key to open the chest.
- Isla Santuario is the island at the start of the game, South West corner of the map
- Head to the Isla Santuario and look for Casas Cove. It’s in the center of the island, on the Western side of Quito
- In the center of Casas Cove is a small island called Guau-Guau island
- Head to the island and use the key to unlock the ornate, orange chest on the island
