Kentucky fans who stormed the field when they upset Florida were joined by Waka Flocka, who was on hand for the huge victory.

Celebrity cameos are a dime a dozen on college football Saturdays, but the Kentucky vs. Florida game brought something much rarer: A celebrity field rush.

Waka Flocka was among the fans who rushed the field after the Wildcats took down the Gators.

The rapper picked an awesome time to turn up for a Kentucky game. His song “Grove Street Party” has become an anthem for UK football and he led the team out of the tunnel ahead of the Florida game.

As far as being a hype man goes, he did the trick apparently.

The Wildcats were touchdown underdogs to the Gators at home but they went toe-to-toe with them from the start. They trailed by just three at halftime and took a 10-point lead early in the fourth quarter. Florida only managed to cut the deficit to seven.

Kentucky beat Florida for the first time since 1986, but it was more than just one good game. The Wildcats are 5-0 for the first time since 2018.

After being doubted at the start of the campaign, they’re certain to finally make it into the Top 25 rankings with a signature win bolstering their undefeated record. They’ll try to keep the good times going next week against LSU.
