Pikmin 4 is set to release exclusively for Nintendo Switch on July 21, 2023. The latest entry in this series about tiny plant-like aliens exploring a strange planet introduces several new elements, including Ice Pikmin and a roly-poly dog named Oatchi. This fourth entry has been a long time coming, with Shigeru Miyamoto saying back in 2015 that it was “very close to completion.” Seven years later, it’s finally set to release in July.This installment introduces a new Ice Pikmin that can free enemies and the environment to help your alien flora navigate the strange planet they find themselves on.
