After spending the best part of a year as an early access title on PC, Achilles: Legends Untold will offer players a chance to slay mythological creatures and seasoned warriors on Xbox soon.Dark Point Games has announced that after a successful period as an early access title on PC, Achilles: Legends Untold will launch in full this summer and arrive on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. Achilles: Legends Untold full PC release delayed to line up with console launchAchilles: Legends Untold is an isometric action-RPG inspired by ancient Greek mythology, and as such, sees us battling huge mythological creatures and deadly combatants as the titular hero, Achilles. As the legendary warrior, we’ll join a fight that has been raging between gods and men for centuries, cutting through the enemy ranks in challenging combat that rewards persistence and strategy.Achilles: Legends Untold launched into early access last May and currently holds a ‘Mostly Positive’ user rating on Steam. While it was meant to launch in full in Q2 2023, Dark Point has delayed the PC launch into Q3 so it can release alongside its console counterparts. The extra time will allow the developer to complete its work on numerous features, which will arrive as two pre-launch updates for early access players, adding new large maps, bosses, mini-bosses, achievements, redesigned co-op gameplay, a character development system, and more. Following the addition of the new content, Dark Point expects Achilles: Legends Untold to feature between 20 and 30 hours of gameplay when it launches, with a New Game+ mode on top.
