The Marvel’s Avengers team has shared an updated roadmap for the game’s content in 2021, promising that there is “much more coming in the future.”The roadmap shows us that coming up in fall and winter are the returning events of Corrupted Vibranium, Red Room Takeover, Tachyon Anomaly, and Cosmic Threat, along with the occasional bonus XP weekend. After that comes Marvel’s Avengers first raid, which adds new Echo enemies, and which the devs say is intended to be “the most challenging content yet, meant to not only test the mastery of each Hero but also the well-built four-player Strike Teams out there.” The power level cap will be increased, and Spider-Man will join in a new hero event for PlayStation consoles.Coming up at the end of the year are reworks for the resources and gear upgrading systems, as well as a nameplate challenge and more cosmetics. Looking ahead, the new content for Marvel’s Avengers will apparently range from quality-of-life improvements to new Heroes and Villains. “We will have more information on our plans for 2022 when everything is finalised and the time is right,” the devs add. “Rest assured, there is much more coming in the future.” What do you think of this roadmap? Let us know in the comments!
