Developer Sports Interactive has announced that Football Manager 2022 is coming to Xbox consoles and PC on November 9th and will be included with Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass for PC on day one. As with Football Manager 2021, there will be two versions of Football Manager 2022. The full version, Football Manager 2022, is coming to Windows and Xbox Game Pass for PC, offering you “complete control of your favourite football club.”Football Manager 2022: Xbox Edition, a “tailored for console” version that is modelled on the Football Manager Touch series, will be coming to Xbox consoles, Windows, and both Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass for PC. This version supports Xbox Cloud Gaming and is also a Microsoft Play Anywhere title, which allows you to pick up where you left off on either console or PC. Sports Interactive says it will start sharing more on Football Manager 2022’s new features from early October. It’s unclear if Sports Interactive will be removing Football Manager 2021 and Football Manager 2021 Xbox Edition from Xbox Game Pass when Football Manager 2022 launches, so it’s probably worth working your way through both versions now, just in case. Both versions of Football Manager 2022 launch on November 9th.
