Zoo – Happy Animals is a game about feeding, cleaning and generally taking care of a bunch of zoo animals. It’s basically a collection of different mini games, and you need to complete them to keep your zoo running. It isn’t the most complex idea, but it can get a bit tricky from time to time.

In order to defeat that trickiness, we’ve put together this guide. It’s made up of all the hints, tips and tricks that we’ve discovered during our time playing the game. Follow these strategies and you’re going to have the smoothest running zoo the world has ever seen in no time.

Whether this is your first time keeping wild animals in unnecessary captivity or you’ve been doing it for a while, you’re going to find something here that’ll help you out. Here are the best hints, tips and cheats for Zoo – Happy Animals.

Remember the tasks

You’re going to be performing the same tasks multiple times as you work through the game, so it’s important to remember what went right and what went wrong the last time. The challenges never change too much, so once you’ve got one down you’re going to be able to nail it the next time round.

Slice the fruit multiple times

In the Fruit Ninja-style sections, you can slice the fruit multiple times while it’s in the air to increase your score. Swipe over and over again to cut the fruit as small as you can, and you’ll see your bar filling up much quicker. It makes the experience more fun as well, which is always a boon.

Watch your fingers

When you’re feeding the animals, sometimes they’re going to play up and try and eat your arms. You can tell when this is going to happen because an exclamation point will pop up next to the critter. When it does, be ready to snap your arm, and the food, back before they can take a bite.

Try not to skip

For the most part there’s not much point skipping the levels. Even if you do fail them, it’s usually pretty obvious where you went wrong and it’s quicker to repeat them than it is to watch a video to move onto the next. If you’re really, truly stuck then by all means watch the video and move on, but it should only be a last resort.

Go carefully

Don’t rush into any challenges, take your time and look for the smartest way to do what needs to be done. Check for obstacles and problems and then make your move. And make sure you learn from your mistakes. Did that crocodile get you? Did you trip over that fence? Then don’t do it again.
