Gamescom Awards winners led by Bandai Namco, Xbox, and Ubisoft

The Gamescom Awards’ winners have been announced, with Bandai Namco winning six of the awards — with Elden Ring picking up four — including Best Line-up. Xbox and Ubisoft came in behind with three awards each for games such as Halo Infinite and Far Cry 6.The news comes via GamesIdustry.biz and confirms the full list of Gamescom Award winners, spread over 19 categories. Bandai Namco stole the show with Elden Ring, which picked up four awards, while Park Beyond nabbed one, and the company itself was given the Best Line-up award. Overall, the Japanese firm won the Best Action Aventure Game, Best PlayStation Game, Best RPG, Best Line-up, and Best of Gamescom awards. Xbox followed with three awards, thanks to Halo Infinite and Age of Empires IV, and Ubisoft also picked up three awards for Far Cry 6, Riders Republic, and Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope.
