The Biggest Announcements From gamescom 2021 Opening Night Live
Marvel’s Midnight Suns
2K Games and Firaxis’ tactical RPG Marvel’s Midnight Suns will explore the darker side of the Marvel universe as a darker form of heroes sets out to defeat Lilith before the Darkhold. For those who’d like to see more, the world gameplay debut will make its appearance on September 1 at 11:30am PT.
The game will come out in March 2022.
Far Cry 6
In the latest trailer for Ubisoft’s Far Cry 6, players can learn more about the story behind Yaran Dictator Antón Castillo (Giancarlo Esposito) and the modern guerrillas rising up against him.
Halo Infinite: Multiplayer Season 1
The cinematic introduction to Season 1 of 343 Industries and Xbox Game Studios’ Halo Infinite Multiplayer made its debut today. In it, players got a glimpse into the Academy Commander’s heroic journey, learning what it truly means to be a Spartan.
Saints Row
Players will be able to witness the birth of the Saints with the release of Deep Silver and Volition’s Saints Row. The title will feature seamless co-operative play, customization, plenty of guns, and the playground of Santo Ileso.
The game will come out February 25, 2022.
New World
Ahead of its release next month, the latest trailer for Amazon Games’ New World showed all would-be adventurers how they will be able to chart their course and determine their fate.
Call of Duty: Vanguard – Stalingrad Demo
Players were treated to a first look at the campaign of Sledgehammer Games and Activision’s Call of Duty: Vanguard, featuring a playthrough of the Stalingrad level. The full release will come on November 5, 2021.

Tomorrow is in your hands with the release of Kojima Productions’ Death Stranding Director’s Cut. Expanded and remastered for the PlayStation 5, the title will come out on September 24, 2021.
Cult of the Lamb
Massive Monster and Devolver Digital’s Cult of the Lamb puts players in the shoes of a possessed lamb that must build a loyal following to an ominous stranger after their life is saved. Along the way, players will build new structures, perform dark rituals, and give sermons.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge – April O’Neill
Everybody’s favorite star reporter April O’Neill made her appearance in the latest trailer for Dotemu and Tribute Games’ Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge. The game will come out for the Nintendo Switch and PC in 2022.
Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania
Fresh from his stint in Persona 5, everybody’s favorite Phantom Thief Morgana will make his appearance in Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania as a playable character. In true fashion of the series, all bananas have been replaced with treasure chests.
Players also got the chance to see how they will be able to play with AiAi and the rest of the gang with the “Party With the Gang” trailer for the title.

Developed by Jacob Dzwinel and Humble Games, Midnight Fight Express strikes a balance between old school brawlers and fast-paced motion-captured combat. The game will come out next summer for PC and consoles.
JUMANJI: The Curse Returns
All those seeking a way to leave the world behind will be able to do so with the release of Marmalade Game Studio’s JUMANJI: The Curse Returns. This casual co-op adventure will allow players to experience the board game as it’s played in the original 1995 movie.
Splitgate – Season 0
Featuring a portal combat mechanic, 1047 Games’ Splitgate – Season 0 is a sci-fi themed, competitive multiplayer shooter that brings with it high-flying and fast-paced combat.
The Clans of Bloodhunt – Toreador
A free battle royale game set in the Vampire: The Masquerade universe, Sharkmob’s The Clans of Bloodhunt – Toreador is a battle royale that lets players use supernatural powers to dominate the night.
Park Beyond
The universe’s greatest theme parks will come to life with the release of Limbic Entertainment and Bandai Namco’s Park Beyond. Creators will be able to dare to dream the impossible when it comes out in 2022.
JETT: The Far Shore
superbrothersHQ announced at gamescom 2021 today that their cinematic narrative adventure game JETT: The Far Shore will come out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Epic Games Store on October 5, 2021.
Riders Republic – Beta Extension
Ubisoft announced that the Riders Republic has been extended to August 28. All those interested can download the beta here.
UFL
A global online football league, the world of Strikerz Inc. and InStat’s UFL is setting out to chage the world of football simulations. The title will be free-to-play.
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga
Players will be able to experience a galaxy far, far away in WB Games and Traveler’s Tales’ LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga in Spring 2022.
Fall Guys Jungle Book Collaboration
With Season 5 now in full swing (their pun, not ours), Mediatonic Games and Devolver Digital’s new collaboration is with Disney’s The Jungle Book. Four character costumes and an extra-special Limited Time Event will be included.
Age of Empires IV
Players will be able to control the powerful and resilient Holy Roman Empire civilization with the release of Relic Entertainment and Xbox Game Studios’ Age of Empires IV when it comes out on October 28, 2021.
Valheim: Hearth & Home
Coffee Stain Publishing and Iron Gate Studio released a new trailer for Valheim’s Hearth & Home, a warm and welcoming home for players to return to. It will come out on September 16, 2021.
SYNCED: Off-Planet
Making its debut today, Next Studios SYNCED: Off-Planet is an all-new companion shooter set in a world devastated by technology. Players can sign up for the advanced alpha here, which begins on September 3, 2021.

Featuring intense hand-to-hand combat, Sloclap’s Sifu tells the story of a young Kung-Fu student on a path of revenge. Players will be able to follow in his footsteps when it comes out on February 22, 2022.
The Outlast Trials
Set in the height of the Cold War era, Red Barrels’ The Outlast Trials will throw players into physical and mental ordeals, tormented by iconic characters. To overcome these trials, players can go solo or take them on in teams.

Pearl Abyss’ DokeV will feature a world where Dokebi and humans live side-by-side. This creature-collecting open world action-adventure has players taking on activities, stories, and experiences.
Jurassic World Evolution 2
Ahead of its release on November 9, players were able to see a firsthand look at the world of Frontier Developments’ Jurassic World Evolution 2. The title will feature an original Campaign mode, expanded construction options, and more than 75 dinosaurs and pre-historic species.
The King of Fighters XV
SNK is looking to shatter all expectations with the release of The King of Fighters XV. The title will feature 39 characters, rollback netcode, three-on-three team battles, and more than 300 songs in its DJ station.
Dream Cycle
Designed to provide an ever-expanding portal into the unknown, Raw Fury and Cathuria Games’ Dream Cycle tasks players with defeating the corrupted inhabitants of the Dreamlands to break a curse. The game will come out in Steam Early Access on September 7, 2021.
The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes
Ahead of its release on October 22, players were treated to a new trailer for Supermassive Games and Bandai Namco’s The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes. Dubbed the “Enemy of My Enemy,” it asks players what they are prepared to do to survive.
