A grid-based tactical adaptation of SNK’s Metal Slug series, Leikir Studio and Dotemu’s Metal Slug Tactics will make its debut in 2022.
Marco, Eri, Fio, and Tarma will return in this title, packing the signature arsenal that made them such an arcade hit. With the reliable heavy machine gun and devastating SVX-15D Slugnoid mech at their disposal, they’ll take on foes with moves like the new SYNC attack.

Metal Slug Tactics – Gameplay Reveal
Metal Slug Tactics will feature dynamic, strategic combat, where players will experience roguelite elements and hand-crafted terrain tiles. Along the way, players will leverage skill trees, perks, and its new adrenaline system.
Announced during today’s Indie World segment, the title will also make its way to the Nintendo Switch.
