Sam & Max Remastered Brings The Lovable Duo To PS4 On September 29

Skunkape has announced that Sam & Max Remastered is winging its way to PS4 on September 29, bringing with it fully overhauled versions of Season 1 (Save the World) and Season 2 (Beyond Time and Space) to Sony’s platform. It’ll also be fully playable on PS5 via backwards compatibility.Sam & Max: Save the World follows a mind-control scheme featuring washed-up child stars that spirals out of control, dragging everything from the media, the Mafia, the Interent and the United States government into the mix that builds to an ‘out-of-this-world finale.’Meanwhile, the follow-up, Max & Sam: Beyond Time and Space reveals the comedy duo back on the beat, where they face off against Santa Claus, try to subdue a giant volcano and go up against a Eurotrash vampire.Related Content – Sony PS5 Complete Guide – Everything Explained On PlayStation 5 For New Users Skunkape’s remasters spruce up Sam and Max’s episodic adventures with higher resolution graphics, dynamic lighting, improved lip sync, remastered audio, and a number of aesthetic and quality-of-life tweaks that make these classic games look beautiful and play smoothly on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.Sam & Max Season 1 was originally released in episodic fashion between 2006 – 2007 on PC, and was later released for Wii and Xbox 360 a few years later.
