Just one day after the Kickstarter officially launched, Penny Blood and Armed Fantasia: To The End Of The Wilderness have both been funded to their minimum goal. Now, the stretch goals are what will decide if we’ll be getting console versions for either title. At time of writing, the campaign now has 6,532 backers, and if it continues at the pace it’s been at then it should hit its stretch goals in no time. The PC versions of both games though, at the very least, are on the board, and hopefully we’ll be able to confirm that console versions will be coming soon. It’s initial goal for both games was $750,000, and the next goal for the console versions is $1,000,000.With the minimum goal reached, an update was posted around the timeline for the games, and what’s next. The fact that this campaign has reached its initial goal so quickly, is a good sign for potential things to come, as PSU has previously speculated that this could initiate a trend in creators coming together to help get each other’s games funded. It’ll be interesting to see if more developers try it in the future.Source – [Twitter]
