Xiaomi’s Redmi recently introduced the new Redmi Note 11SE in India, which is just a rebranded Redmi Note 10S launched in the Asian country over a year ago. Today, Redmi announced it will unveil yet another smartphone in India on September 6, named Redmi 11 Prime 5G.
The Chinese brand hasn’t detailed the Redmi 11 Prime 5G’s specs sheet yet, but the image shared on Twitter reveals what the smartphone looks like. It’s built around a notched display, and the back panel with textured finish houses two cameras joined by an LED flash.

The event page on Xiaomi’s official Indian website gives us an even better look at the Redmi 11 Prime 5G while also revealing its key specs, including the Dimensity 700 SoC, 50MP primary camera, and a 5,000 mAh battery.
Redmi 11 Prime 5G will feature a 50MP camera
The Redmi 11 Prime 5G will feature a 3.5mm headphone jack at the top and have two SIM card slots, both supporting 5G SIMs. It will have at least two color options – green and silver/gray.
Redmi 11 Prime will be powered by the Dimensity 700 SoC
With the unveiling still a week away, you can expect Redmi to reveal a few more details about the Redmi 11 Prime 5G in the lead-up to the announcement.
