Bellator 263: Patricio Pitbull vs. AJ McKee official weigh-in results.
Bellator 263 will feature 12 matchups on Saturday, July 31, starting at 7 p.m. ET. The prelims can be seen on YouTube and the main card on Showtime starting at 10 p.m. ET. In the headliner, $1 million and the featherweight championship will be on the line to conclude the Bellator Featherweight Grand Prix. Rising superstar AJ McKee Jr. will look to continue his undefeated record by dethroning Patricio Pitbull.
Holding a record of 17-0, McKee has fought all of his pro fights with Bellator. Despite facing a lack of world-class opponents, McKee has evolved into a potential MMA superstar. After beating all 3 of his opponents by finish, McKee now has one opponent left in his way to winning the Featherweight Grand Prix. With a win over Pitbull, it will be hard to argue against McKee being the best fighter on the Bellator roster.
On the contrary, Pitbull has solidified himself as the best fighter in Bellator history. Since joining the promotion in 2010, Pitbull has beaten the top talent in Bellator. After returning to featherweight in April 2017, Pitbull has won seven straight fights. With three dominating wins in the Grand Prix, Pitbull is left with one last title challenger. If Pitbull gets the win at Bellator 263, his bank account will be $1 million richer, and nobody will be able to discredit his legacy.
