To celebrate two years of Grounded, game director Adam Brennecke shared some news about the game, including the 1.0 release date.Brennecke confirmed that Grounded’s 1.0 launch will be on September 27th. He also commented on the game’s upcoming TV show and the last update for the early access version of the game.Grounded will release in full on September 27thSo, we’d already heard that Grounded will be adapted into an animated TV series, and Brennecke adds that it’s “an awesome opportunity to expand on the story and the lore and the universe of Grounded, and we’re really excited to be able to work on something like this.”Of the Grounded full release, Brennecke says, “we’re putting the final touches on everything and it’s going to be our biggest update ever… we’ll have the full story, we’ll have a lot of surprises, a lot of mysteries.” The last update to early access, meanwhile, apparently includes a revision to the weapon and armour upgrade system, a pet gnat, and a new cookery building.
